hmmm, I know it might be a pain but just to be sure perhaps you should remove and re-download/install the school mod. I have this mod and I have no problems so maybe it just had a problem during the download.

I have downloaded your mod and sorted the files out correctly and the venue types are there but when it is time for my child and teen sims to go to school they just go to the same rabbit hole. I visited the venue to see if there was anything there and all the students and staff where there but there was no option for my child/teen sims to go to school.
